First Idea reserves the right to withdraw / suspend / cancel any specific product in the catalogue without prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof.

We and you hereby agree on behalf of yourselves and any person claiming by or through you that the sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from or relating to the terms of use or the subject matter hereof shall be adjudicated at an appropriate court located in Bangalore in the state of Karnataka, India.

Conditions of Sale

Rightful claimants for gifts are considered and deemed to be those individuals who make the registration first against a specific unique number. Gifts once selected will be delivered to the address by courier or such mode of transport as needed. Merchandise is packed with utmost care and thoroughly inspected before leaving our factory.

Product Variation

All products shown are for visual purposes only and specifications are subject to change, depending upon availability and change of model or specifications by the manufacturer. The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the website may or may not meet your expectations. Alterations to certain aspects of your customized product order such as merchandise brand, size, color, print process used, print size, print color etc., may be required in the event of limitations caused by availability of product, production materials, production equipment capabilities, as well
as limitations caused by the quality or type of your submitted design. First Idea hereby disclaims any guarantees of exactness as to the finish and appearance of the final customized product as ordered by the user.

Once the product specification finalized and production started no other changes are entertained. If there are changes to be made the same will be taken as new order. The earlier order also to be billed to the recipient with the new one. So request the recipient to place order with the correct details.

Jurisdiction

Decisions by the management of First Idea shall be final and binding. The terms of use and any action related hereto shall be governed by the laws of India without reference to the conflict of law’s provisions thereof.

Gift Vouchers

The validity period mentioned on Gift Voucher Cards is final and binding; no voucher registration will be possible after lapse of that expiry date (mentioned on gift voucher card). No requests or complaints will be entertained in this regard under any circumstances. No new card will be issued in the event of original being stolen/lost by the receiver. All gift voucher cards are deemed non-cashable; non-negotiable, non-transferable and once selected cannot be exchanged with any other gift.

Deliveries

Please ensure that you or your representative is present at the delivery address to receive the package. It is your responsibility to make sure you receive the goods.

Delivery will be directed only to the address provided in purchase order / mail confirmation while placing order. Please ensure that your address is complete and spelled correctly. Address must specify the details of the receiver or the representative person name, contact number, door number, plot number, flat or building name, floor, street name, location, landmark nearby, pincode etc.

For shipping to an address different from the billing address it must be included at the time of placing the order. In case the address is incorrect and merchandise is returned, responsibility is on you and you will have to bear shipping costs associated with the order. You will be charged a 2% of the value of the product for address correction kindly notify us immediately incase after reviewing a confirmation you find that something is not correct.

Kindly note except Bangalore location all other outstation deliveries courier/transportation charges must be bourn by the recipient.
