We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards, are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
if the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to a change of mind or any other reason not attributable to us, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We may request photos of the damaged or defective product to expedite the resolution process.
